I accidentally left out a couple of recipes. My easy creamy mac and cheese recipe. The Mac and cheese recipe is a very easy recipe. Great for last minute meals. I also left out my guacamole with orange juice. I make it with orange juice instead of lime juice. It gives the guacamole a bit of sweetness. I did not include any jalapeno or habanero peppers in my recipe but you are more than welcome to add them! I make guacamole where I work and we experiment with the heat. We use a combination of jalapeno and habanero peppers. Be careful if you plan on experimenting with the peppers. So I guess this is 24 Meatless Recipes! I hope you enjoy them!
