Some notes on the New Year’s Eve appetizers

The buffalo chicken meatballs and cheesy meatballs are very versatile. They can be served on a hoagie, or, in this case, an appetizer. When using them as an appetizer they should be made smaller. They can be served 3 on a skewer or individually with a toothpick on a large serving tray. Ranch or hot sauce make great dips to serve with the meatballs.

The zucchini and mushroom roll ups can be served by placing 1-2 on a small plate. This will help keep things neat and tidy. The same can be done with the pepperoni bread. Pre-slicing the bread will help keep serving from getting awkward. You can also serve my honey Sriracha pizza!

If you are looking for some different crackers to use with the roasted red pepper dip, try the rosemary parmesan crackers that I have on my site.

The Super Bowl is around the corner so get prepared with some Super Bowl party favorites!

Have a safe and happy new year!
