Super Easy Almond Flour Cheesy Biscuits (Low Carb & Keto!)

Jump to Recipe - Print Recipe

Get ready for an incredibly easy almond flour cheesy biscuits recipe, a super simple and quick addition to your dinner! These biscuits are designed to be a go-to low carb recipe and a fantastic keto recipe. You are in for a minimal-fuss preparation that comes together quickly (about 25 minutes start to finish) and bakes at 450 degrees F for only 10 minutes.

Super Easy Almond Flour Cheesy Biscuits Cleveland Cooking

What You Will Need:

  • 1 ½ cups of almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt

The Almond Flour Cheesy Biscuits Ingredients

I can't say it enough. Super, simple, quick, and easy. Almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, onion and garlic powder, two eggs, melted butter, softened cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. First, mix the cream cheese with the melted butter before adding the rest of the ingredients. Once mixed add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix together until combined. Next divide into nine portions, and bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes! I divide them into nine portions based on the size of my muffin tin. The cooking time is based on dividing the muffins into nine portions. You may need to adjust the cooking time if you make smaller or larger biscuits.

Variations with the Biscuits

The two main things that can be changed are the spices and the cheese. Paprika, cumin, or chipotle chili powder are some other options for the spices. There are many choices with the cheeses! Monterrey Jack, mozzarella, pepper jack, and swiss cheese are all great ideas for the biscuits. Pairing your favorite spices and cheese would be a great idea also! These are great biscuits to experiment with ham or sausage!

The almond flour cheesy biscuits would go great with my orange spiced baked ham or my low carb turkey chili recipe.

For other gluten free recipes try my gluten free roasted parmesan brussels sprouts and gluten free crackers too.
