Here is What You Will Need:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup of garlic cream sauce
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 small zucchini

The dough for the pizza

I have the link to my pizza dough recipe in the recipe. I suggest you use 00 flour for the dough. All-purpose flour will work fine though. 00 flour is available at most grocery stores. Grocery stores also offer pizza dough that is already made. So you have a few options for the dough.

The garlic cream sauce

Here is the link to the garlic cream sauce, and the link to the pizza dough. The links are also in the recipe. When making the garlic cream sauce just follow the recipe and add the parmesan cheese at the end. The recipe only takes about 8-10 minutes and can be used in many dishes. Pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, and burgers will benefit from the garlic cream sauce. The recipe for my garlic cream sauce can be used for this pizza and many other recipes!

The zucchini and assembly

The zucchini can be sliced on a mandolin or with a very sharp knife. The mandoline will make work much easier but be very careful of the sharp blade!

Ok! So now we have the ingredients done and we are ready to slap this pizza together and get it in the oven. Roll out your pizza dough to the shape you would like. Spread on the garlic cream sauce then arrange the zucchini slices on the pizza. After the zucchini slices are on the add the parmesan cheese. When the pizza is assembled, bake it at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Check the pizza after 10 minutes and continue baking for a few minutes more if necessary.
