Easy Roasted Garlic Recipe

This easy roasted garlic recipe can be used in so many dishes. We use it in pastas, aolis, hummus, dressings, dips, or just spread it on a piece of bread. Super easy to make.

Preparing the roasted garlic recipe

This is such an easy recipe! The first step is to preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Next, cut the top off of the garlic bulbs to expose the top of the garlic cloves. Place the cloves on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap them both up. Pour the olive oil over the top of the bulbs, and add the salt and pepper. Wrap the garlic bulbs by bringing the corners together and twisting them to resemble Hershey’s kiss chocolate.

Roasting the garlic cloves

Place the wrapped garlic bulbs in the oven to roast. Next, let the bulbs cool. After they cool, you can squeeze the roasted garlic out of the bulbs!

Use it with my roasted garlic hummus recipe!
