This pizza rolls recipe is a great twist on pizza. The dough is soft like cinnamon rolls, but they taste like a pepperoni pizza!

- 2 cups or more of quartered pepperoni slices
- 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1 tablespoon of butter
After the dough has risen, place on a lightly flour dusted work area, roll out the dough to a rectangle measuring 18 x 12 inches. Spread the pepperoni and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese out over the dough. Next, with the long edge nearest you, roll the dough up into a log.
Brush the tablespoon of butter on the bottom and sides of a nine in round cake pan.
Next cut the log into 10 pieces and place them into the cake pan you just greased and cover with a piece of plastic wrap. Place in a warm area and let rise for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle with one cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the rolls and bake the pizza rolls uncovered for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and delicious or internal temperature reaches 190 degrees F.
