Simple Gluten Free Cracker Recipe

You will not be able to tell that these crackers are a gluten free cracker recipe! Not only is this a delicious cracker recipe, it's an easy cracker recipe.

Ingredients

  • cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup gluten free flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil grapeseed oil, or avocado oil
  • 4-6 tablespoons cold water

Method

  1. Place almond flour, gluten free flour, baking powder, flaxseed, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, and oil into a food processor and pulse until combined.
  2. Once combined, add cold water a tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together. Five usually does it for me.
  3. Once the dough comes together, form it into a disk and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  4. Roll out dough to about ⅛-¼ inch. Cut the crackers into whatever shape you like.
  5. Chill dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake crackers for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees F.
