Make delicious almond flour crackers at home with just five ingredients! This gluten-free and keto-friendly recipe is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fine almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 parchment lined baking tray
  • 1 cooling rack
  • 1 Rolling Pin

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to roughly ⅛ inch or thinner.
  3. Score the dough into squares and then let the dough chill in the fridge for around 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  5. Bake crackers on a parchment lined baking sheet for 7-8 minutes.
  6. After baking, transfer the crackers to a cooking rack.
