  • 1 parchment lined baking tray

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fine almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  • Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to roughly ⅛ inch or thinner.
  • Score the dough into squares and then let the dough chill in the fridge for around 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  • Bake crackers on a parchment lined baking sheet for 7-8 minutes.
  • After baking, transfer the crackers to a cooking rack.
