Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Easy Buffalo chicken meatballs are great for game day or any day. The ingredients are mixed in one bowl and finished baking in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground chicken
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Your favorite hot sauce

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Roll into golf ball sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet. You should get about 15 meatballs.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  • Add your favorite hot sauce and serve.

Notes

There are many options as far as cheese goes. Mozzarella, monterey jack, cheddar, or even swiss.
If you want bigger meatballs be sure to adjust the cooking time.
