Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of crushed black pepper
  • ¼ cup of buttermilk
  • ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to an appropriately sized bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Chill in your refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving (optional)

Notes

I have used a combination of blue cheeses with this recipe. Some are strong and some not so strong. Give it a try and make it your own.
It is not essential in a pinch to chill the dressing. The chill time just gives the flavors time to get to know each other.
