1 head of roasted garlic or more 4 tablespoons of olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 cup of warm water 2-3 tablespoons of tahini 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt 2 cans of drained chickpeas. Skins removed (optional)
Add all ingredients except for chickpeas. Blend until combined.
Add the chickpeas, then blend until desired consistency.
