This creamy roasted garlic hummus recipe is a hit! This appetizer recipe makes a great party food! Also makes a great dip recipe for crackers, veggies, or pita!

Ingredients

  • 1 head of roasted garlic or more
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup of warm water
  • 2-3 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 2 cans of drained chickpeas. Skins removed (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except for chickpeas. Blend until combined.
  2. Add the chickpeas, then blend until desired consistency.
