The guacamole with orange juice recipe came to me because I was out of limes, but I had oranges! Just a little twist on the classic!

Ingredients

  • Juice of one large orange
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 2 Cloves of garlic diced
  • 12 or so grape tomatoes quartered
  • 1 teaspoon each of sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • Cilantro to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients with a potato masher or a couple of pulses in a food processor to your desired consistency and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can also use a large fork to mix everything together. This will mash the avocado up as you are mixing.
