The recipe is quick and easy to make. I usually whip a batch up when I get home from work and it is ready for dinner!

Ingredients
2 ½cupsalmond flour
½teaspoonsea salt
5large eggs
2tablespoonspure maple syrup
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonbaking soda
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Prepare a loaf pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer and combine. Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Make sure to combine and pour into the loaf pan quickly so the vinegar reacts with the baking soda in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
