Quick and Easy Cheesy Meatballs

Cheesy meatballs paired with pasta and sauce or on a meatball sub, are great family meals. They come together quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds of ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in an appropriately sized bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and let rest if you have time.
  2. Roll meatballs into 2 oz balls. You should get about 30 meatballs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 17-20 minutes.
