Apple Cider Cream Cheese Frosting

This easy apple cider cream cheese frosting takes just 30 minutes! Perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Its spiced flavor is a must for fall baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Method

  1. Over a medium heat, reduce apple cider to ¼ cup. Set aside to cool
  2. Add cooled cider, cinnamon, cream cheese, and butter to the bowl of the mixer and combine well.
  3. After combined, add the powdered sugar and mix to combine well. After combined store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
