- 1 teaspoon ground szechuan peppercorn optional
- 1 teaspoon Chinese vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of vegan oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove of grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon or more of gochujang paste or sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
You can use gochujang, sriracha, your favorite hot sauce, or no hot sauce. The choice is yours.
