Almond Flour Berry Bake

The almond flour berry dessert bake is not quite a crumble but it is delicious! The flours used in this recipe are gluten free! This is such an easy recipe!

Ingredients

Topping:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup gluten free flour
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • 5 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of pistachios crushed

Berries

  • 3-4 cups frozen berry mix
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix all topping ingredients together until well combined. It will resemble a rough shortbread dough.
  • Mix frozen berries with the maple syrup and place in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Make flat, thin, pieces of the topping and place them on top of the berry mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 17-20 minutes.
