Ingredients
15ounces 00 flour or all purpose flouror roughly 3 ⅓ cups with the scoop and sweep method
1teaspoondry yeast
1teaspoonhoney
9 ½ounceswater
1-½teaspoons sea salt
2tablespoonsolive oildivided
Instructions
Combine the yeast, honey, water, and half the flour in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Scraping down the sides and combining all the ingredients.
Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
After the dough rests, add the rest of the flour, salt, and one tablespoon of the olive oil. Knead until dough is well combined and smooth.
Place dough into a bowl and let rise for one hour. Turning the dough on itself every 20 minutes. See notes.
